JAMESTOWN - West Fargo Sheyenne topped Jamestown 132-52 in a non-conference girls swim and dive meet on Thursday. The Mustangs improved to 1-2 overall, while the Blue Jays are now 0-8 overall and 0-4 in the WDA.

Gabby Nilson led West Fargo Sheyenne with a strong performance, winning the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:27.63 and contributing to the team's victory in the 400-yard freestyle relay. Evie Sevald also excelled, capturing first place in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 56.95.

For Jamestown, Marissa Molzen delivered a noteworthy performance, finishing second in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 27.75. Sawyer Moser added valuable points, securing second place in the 100-yard backstroke.

Looking ahead, Jamestown will face Mandan, who holds a 4-1 WDA record, on October 28.
